Chocolate Ganache Rice Krispies

Who doesn’t like a Rice Krispie treat? We probably all grew up eating them and these chocolate ganache ones are an interesting twist on the classic we all know.

Step 1
First, put your rice krispies, protein and peanut butter powder in a large bowl and mix. Then add the creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, and milk and gently combine together. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add to the remaining ingredients. Once everything is nicely combined, pour the mixture into a baking tin (20x20cm) and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the cream in a saucepan and then pour the hot cream into the bowl with the chocolate. Stirring constantly, the chocolate will melt in the cream and form a compact mixture. This is then poured over the rice krispies base and placed in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set. Enjoy!
