Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
Slice the chicken.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the chicken. Fry for about 2min. Then add the seasoning. Fry for another 2min. Remove the chicken from the pan.

Wrap

Slice the tomato.
Step 4
Heat up the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the cheese and form a circle. Make sure it's covered completely with the cheese. Let the cheese melt for about 2min.
Step 5
Then place the tortilla wrap on top and press down with your hand to make it stick better.
Step 6
Spread the center of the tortilla wrap with the mayonnaise and mustard.
Step 7
Top it with the salad, tomato and chicken.
Step 8
Use a spatula or your hands to roll the tortilla together.
