Instructions

1. MAKE THE SAUCE:

Finely chop a small portion of the gherkins

Mix in a bowl: quark, zero mayonaise, zero ketchup, honey, mustard, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, gherkin brine

Stir until smooth

Optional: add pepper

2. PREPARE INGREDIENTS:

Finely chop onion

Shred lettuce

Slice remaining gherkins

3. COOK THE MEAT:

Heat a non-stick pan with 5ml oil (or spray)

Add minced beef & chicken mince → press flat into thin layer

Season with salt & pepper

Cook ~1 minute

4. ATTACH THE WRAP:

Place tortilla wrap on top of the meat

Press lightly

Flip so wrap is on the pan

5. MELT CHEESE:

Add cheddar on top

Lower heat + cover

Cook 1–2 minutes until melted

6. ASSEMBLE:

Add lettuce, onion, gherkins & the sauce you made.

7. FOLD & SERVE:

Fold into wrap

Optional: cut in half
