Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice the chicken breasts, roughly 1/4" thick. Thin enough to be rolled and toothpicked closed.
Step 2
Cut jalapeños length-wise. Leave seeds in for extra heat 🔥
Step 3
Lay slices of chicken breast flat and put a slice of cheese in. I used pepperjack cheese for even more heat. Spread cream cheese onto jalapeño and place on top of the sliced cheese. Roll the chicken up and secure with a toothpick
Step 4
Mix together all of the spices in a bowl and then spread out on a plate. Roll the chicken rolls in the spice mixture to evenly coat
Step 5
Heat up a frying pan on med-high with whatever oil you like. I used olive oil. Place the rolls into the hot oil (toothpick/open side down) and DON'T TOUCH EM. Let them get nice a brown and crispy before you flip. Flip rolls to the other side and let that side brown. At this point you can start rotating them until all sides are cooked. Cheese will be oozing and getting crispy in the pan. This will end up sticking to the outside of the chicken and was an awesome happy accident lol. They are probably done by this point since the chicken is thin
