Instructions

Step 1
Take chicken wings in a big bowl , add salt, vinegar and water.
Step 2
Leave to marinate for an hour. After discard the water and wash chicken wings thoroughly. Drain for few minutes to remove excess water.
Step 3
Transfer chicken wings to another bowl and for second marination , add salt, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder, and dijon mustard.
Step 4
Give everything a mix and leave to marinate for an hour again.
Step 5
For coating in a big bowl add plain flour, salt. chilli powder and garlic powder . Mix well.
Step 6
Add marinated chicken wings in plain flour mixture and roll in flour around 10-20 seconds with light hand.
Step 7
Take a tap cold water in a bowl, dip the wings one by one and take out immediately. Change water if needed .
Step 8
Roll in plain flour mixture again for 30-40 seconds with light hand and shake off the excess flour until you see crumbs on each wings.
Step 9
Heat up the oil on medium flame. Add coated chicken wings in hot oil.
Step 10
First 2 minutes on high heat then reduce the heat to medium and f ry for another 6-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Step 11
Take out on wire rack and let it drip for few seconds. Serve hot and Enjoy!
