Step 1
Mix together flour and G&M Buffalo Seasoning in a large bowl
Step 2
Add thawed chicken wings to mixture and toss. Make sure to coat evenly.
Step 3
Pour oil into deep cast iron skillet and heat to 350 degrees.
Step 4
Carefully place wings in oil and cover with a splatter screen. Cook in batches of 5-6 at a time.
Step 5
Cook for about 12-14 minutes
Step 6
Remove to lined baking sheet with a rack to drain excess oil
Step 7
Serve with your favorite ranch, blue cheese, or other sauces!(Optional) - Toss finished wings in the sauce of your choice.
