Instructions
Step 1
1-wash and pat dry the wings, then season it with all the spices, add in the baking powder and give it a good mix
Step 2
2- fry the wings at 375° for about 12 to 15 minutes or until crispy and golden
Step 3
—or Air fry the wings at 390° for 20 minutes flip them halfway until cooked through and crispy
Step 4
—or bake the wings at 400° for about 40 to 50 minutes turn them halfway or until golden and crispy
Step 5
3-after all the wings are done frying put them in a large bowl then add the 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning and the 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning, put on the lid and give it a good shake and enjoy!!
