Instructions
Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients. Pat dry and seafood to remove any excess water. Let sit in marinade for 1 hour.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients.
Step 3
Heat oil to 350.
Step 4
Shake off and excess marinate then dredge through dry mixture. Make sure all parts are coated with dry mixture.
Step 5
Drop coated seafood into oil and cook until golden and floating.
