This is the easiest and effortless way to incorporate chia seeds and lemon into your daily diet! 🍋🌱Serve this 3-ingredient Chia Seed Lemon ice with your favorite beverage! Some of mine: coconut water, sparkling water, green tea, herbal tea, lemonade, or juice. Enjoy!
Chia seeds are super nutritious. They’re packed with protein, calcium and omega-3 fatty acids. They’re also high in fiber and antioxidants and may support weight loss and heart health.
Lemons are rich in vitamin C and can help strengthen immunity. Also, it’s just so refreshing and delicious.

Instructions
Step 1
In an ice cube tray, add some chia seeds and water (fill water half way).
Step 2
Let sit for 15 minutes and allow chia seeds to bloom and become softer and “jelly”.
Step 3
Add sliced lemons. Top with more water to fill the ice cube tray.
Step 4
Freeze for 4 -5 hours or till ice cubes are formed.
Step 5
Enjoy with your favorite beverage! Some of mine: coconut water, sparkling water, green tea, herbal tea, lemonade, or juice.
