Instructions
Step 1
1. Peel 80% of the skin from a cucumber.
Step 2
2. Slice in half and remove the seeds
Step 3
3. Chop cucumber into smaller pieces.
Step 4
4. Add the cucumber, juice of limes, 2 c water, & sweetener to taste (I suggest adding 1/4 c of sweetener at a time)
Step 5
5. Blend well and add to paleta molds or small plastic cups.
Step 6
6. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.
Step 7
7. Enjoy by themselves or add sugar free tajin and/or low sodium tajin to taste.
