Creamy garlic sauce
Great as a pasta sauce, or served over rice. Can be used as a topping for chicken, veggies and steak. Anything really and it's easy to make. You can also use white pepper instead of black. Fresh pepper from a grinder tastes better than store bought ground pepper, also pink Himalayan salt is a great substitute for regular salt.

Instructions
Step 1
Mince the garlic cloves, you can also use store bought minced garlic
Step 2
Mince the shallot, the finer the better but it's all about your preference
Step 3
Add the olive oil and butter in a medium sauce pan (you can also use a saute pan) over medium heat until the butter melts
Step 4
Add your garlic and shallot and saute until they are golden brown
Step 5
Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil
Step 6
Once it reaches a boil turn down the heat and get it to a simmer
Step 7
Simmer and let the cream reduce until it reaches your desired thickness stirring occasionally
Step 8
Once it's at your desired consistency remove from heat, salt and pepper to taste, then serve
Step 9
Garnish the plated dish with parsley if you want, or don't, it's whatever 😁
