Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine sugar, yeast, powdered milk and 2 cups of sifted flour. Mix all the dried ingredients and gradually add the warm water stir till smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Using the dough hook attached to kitchen-aid mixer. add the yeast mixture, 3 cups of sifted flour, oil and salt. Start to mix ingredients at a low speed and gradually increase it until the dough form one big ball with no flour stuck to the mixer bowl
After resting for 10 minutes, cut the dough into smaller sizes and shape it like dough balls place it on a try and cover it with cloth. It will rise again and will be ready to be used.
