Step 1
Preheat oven to 170C
Step 2
Mix the wet ingredients together then add in the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a sticky dough
Step 3
Use a tablespoon to scoop the dough, roll into a balls, and flatten into 8-9 cookies Bake for 7-9 minutes or until edges are golden brown
Step 4
Let cool completely before melting the chocolate and drizzling on top (place in the freezer for a minute or 2 if you want the chocolate to harden)
