Instructions
Step 1
Mix rice and cheese together in a microwaveable bowl and nuke until cheese melts enough so it can stir into the rice
Step 2
Pile lettuce onto a giant plate. Sprinkle the walnuts in the center of the lettuce.
Step 3
Plonk the cheesy rice on top of the walnuts and spread it out so that it sits on the lettuce.
