Shumai mixture
Instructions
Step 1
Place the Bok Choy in a microwave-safe food container, and cook for about 4 minutes in the microwave. Set aside until it cools off.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the shumai mixture.
Step 3
Separate leaves of Bok Choy and set them aside.
Step 4
Use a spoon, make balls, and wrap the Bok choy leaves around the shumai ball.
Step 5
Place a cooking sheet in the steamer, place the Bok Choy wrapped meatballs, and steam for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 6
Put S&B Crunchy Garlic with Chili Oil on top for serving.
