Instructions
Cook the Green Beans
Step 1
Trim greens beans, if necessary
Step 2
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp olive oil. Add green beans and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally, 1 minute
Step 3
Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes
Step 4
If green beans need more time, add 2 tbsp water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes
Step 5
Stir in herb butter (to taste), 1/4 tsp salt, and pinch of pepper
Step 6
Remove from butter
