Step 1
Separate egg whites from yolks, then add sugar to your whites and whisk for a couple of minutes or until you have a fluffy texture.

Add egg yolks to a bowl, along with melted dark chocolate/butter (make sure the liquid is room temperature and not too hot otherwise you’ll make scrambled eggs), cocoa, vanilla, salt and your whipped egg whites/sugar.

Step 3
Transfer everything into a cake pan (previously buttered) and bake for about 45-50 mins at 160C/320F. Serve with some extra cocoa powder on top. Buon appetito!
