Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Make two boats out of aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Spray green beans lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and then line the bottom of each boat with half of the green bean mixture.
Step 4
Layer Salmon over the green beans and drizzle 1 teaspoon lemon juice over each fillet.
Step 5
Top with 1/2 tomatoes each and wrap the sides of the foil in, roll and crimp all edges to seal.
Step 6
Place in oven until Salmon has cooked through 30-40 minutes.
