Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with olive oil.
Step 2
Toss the chicken in 1/2 of the pesto and season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on the pan and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and drain excess liquid.
Step 3
Toss the vegetables in the remaining pesto. Add vegetables to the pan with the chicken. Bake another 8 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
