Instructions
Step 1
Blend dates, melted coconut oil, and boiling water until smooth paste
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl (all the flour, sugar, cacao, baking powder+soda, salt)
Step 3
Add in date paste, apple sauce, almond milk, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar and mix until smooth

Add half the mixture into a 10.5 in cake mould (can spread some coconut oil so it doesn't stick) and bake at 350F for about 30-40 min

Let cool before removing from mould

Repeat steps 4 and 5

Warm up milk and blend with dates and melted coconut oil

Mix in all other ingredients and stir until smooth
Finish and serve

Spread layer of frosting and crushed nuts on top of one of the cakes.

Place the other cake on top and spread frosting over the whole thing

Can decorate with a few almonds or something
