Butterfly chicken breast

Flatten meat to about 1/2 inch and put in bowl

Minch garlic and chop shallot. Put 2 cloves and the wine in the bowl with chicken and let marinade for 15 minutes

Start boiling water for pasta

Add shallot and garlic to a skillet with 2 Tbsp oil. Add tomatoe paste and oregano once fragrant

Add canned tomatoes and splash of wine to skillet, mix, and let simmer until thickened. Add pasta and salt once water is boiling
Step 7
Dry chicken with paper towel and preheat another skillet. Add flour to a plate, add eggs and whisk in a bowl, and add panko and Parmesan (mix) to a plate
Step 8
Coat chicken in this order: flour, egg, panko than add to skillet with the rest of oil
