Step 1
Prepare grapes: Wash and dry grapes. Remove from stems.
Step 2
Mix creamy base: Using a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in the sour cream, sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Step 3
Fold in grapes: Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated.
Step 4
Add topping: Prior to serving, top with brown sugar and pecans. Serve immediately.
