Instructions
Step 1
While cooking the quinoa, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.










Step 2
Add kale to a salad bowl, then pour 3/4 of the dressing over the kale and toss until the kale is evenly coated. Let it rest for 15 minutes.



Step 3
Add the apples, quinoa, walnuts and cranberries.






Step 4
Pour the remaining dressing over the salad then toss.


Step 5
Add goat cheese, toss gently.
