Step 1
First slice the bread in half then slice the cheese then dice the pepper and jalapeño slice the tomato and roughly chop the cilantro/coriander

cilantro2 Tbsp
red pepper2 Tbsp
Step 2
Beat two eggs in a bowl with salt and white pepper then add to a lightly oiled pan and sprinkle in the pepper jalapeño and cilantro z now dip and flip the bread and cook on medium until the egg is no longer shiny
Step 3
Flip the sandwich over let it cook a minute then fold in the egg flaps and put the cheese and tomato on and fold the sandwich over . You can add a little piece of butter to fry it if you like then cook until the cheese is melted and serve !
