Instructions
Step 1
Brown Hamburger, drain oil. Add 1 cup raw rice ONLY on top (DO NOT MIX) add 1 1/2 cups water, (press down so all rice is covered by water). If have frozen carrots or stringbeans, exc. add on top of rice. Top on Instapot &set for set the cook time to 4 minutes on high pressure. After 4 minutes, allow a 10 minute natural pressure release.(Cool before adding 5-6 eggs) add 3 T sunflower oil, 3 T Flax, 1 T Chai, Oat meal,15 oz kidney beans,Lentils,macaroni,turmeric, 1/4 c yougurt, 3 cups greens, frozen fine.celery
