large, diced

2 ribscelery
diced

4carrots
large, sliced

2rotisserie chickens

2 lbspasta

3 cartonschicken broth

1 tablespoonsalt

0.5 stickbutter

1 sprigthyme

1 sprigrosemary

1 teaspoonground thyme

1 teaspoonrosemary leaves

1 tablespoonfreshly ground black pepper

½ teaspooncinnamon

1 tablespoongarlic paste

1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoononion powder

⅛ teaspoonnutmeg

¼ cupdry white wine

Instructions
Step 1
Remove meat from bone of the rotisserie chickens.
Step 2
At the bottom of a large stock pot, melt the butter with half the salt and pepper on medium high heat.
Step 3
Saute diced onions, celery, and carrots slices until onions are translucent.
Step 4
Pour in the white wine, allow to deglaze the pot and then follow with the chicken broth.
Step 5
Add pasta, chicken, and remaining seasonings. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
