1 ½ tablespoonssalt
1 tablespooncurry
1 tablespoonthyme
1 tablespoonginger
1 tablespoongarlic
1 tablespoonparsley
4bay leaves
750mlwater
1 teaspoonpepper
For the rice
Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken and cook with pressure pot for 15 minutes
Step 2
Fry onions in oil with tomato paste and blended bell peppers
Step 3
Season tomatoe sauce with the seasonings listed
Step 4
Add the chicken stock from the cooked chicken
Step 5
Add washed rice
Step 6
Cover with foil and cook on low heat for 15 minutes
Step 7
Serve with chicken
