Instructions
Step 1
Fry the lamb mince until browned.
Step 2
Cook rice in rice cooker
Step 3
Peel and grate garlic
Step 4
Add garlic, harissa paste, tomato puree and chermoula spice mix to the lamb and stir for 1 minute more.
Step 5
Add in water and chicken stock paste.
Step 6
Boil for 2-3 minutes more.
Step 7
Mix together yogurt and mint in a small bowl.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy.
