Ingredients

0.5kglamb
or beef, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonghee
1 cupchickpeas
boiled
1onion
finely chopped
½ cupcelery
finely chopped
1 teaspoonturmeric
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
1 tablespoonfresh ginger
3garlic cloves
crushed
1 litertomato juice
1 tablespoontomato sauce
2 cupslentils
boiled
2 cupswater
½ cupvermicelli
1 cupparsley
chopped
1 cupcoriander
chopped
1 teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
We brown the meat in oil and ghee at a high temperature until it turns slightly brown, then add the chickpeas and stir, then add a finely chopped onion and celery.
Step 2
Add turmeric, cinnamon, salt, tomato sauce, ginger and garlic and stir well, add boiled lentils, tomato juice, water and let simmer for 60 minutes
Step 3
Then we add the vermicelli and add the amount of coriander and parsley and let the soup boil for 30 minutes to simmer.
Step 4
Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley and coriander.
