Instructions

Step 1
1. Wrap 1 slice of center cut bacon around each hot dog frank.
Step 2
2. Add to a hot pan or grill and flip until cooked on all sides (should take 6-7 minutes)

3. Remove some of the excess grease and add the fajita vegetables and jalapeño.
Step 4
4. Season to taste & cook for 5-7 minutes depending on your preference.
Step 5
5. Heat up 2 hot dog buns on a comal for 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
Step 6
6. Assemble hotdogs and add jalapeño to the side. Each hot dog: 10 G light mayo, 1/2 the fajita vegetables, 1 tbsp white onion, 1 tbsp tomato, & cilantro (add ketchup and mustard to preference).
