Instructions

Step 1
Cook bulgar in chicken stock
Step 2
Grill vegetable and halloumi
Step 3
Chop halloumi into v small pieces
Step 4
Mix into warmed bulgar with olive oil, juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, fresh parsley and mint
