Healthy Chewy Oat Bars in three varieties

¼ cground flax
2 txanthum gum
½ cpeanut butter
½ cpure maple syrup

Heat oven to 350º. Make the base first. Put the three base together in a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine the wet of the type you are making (all but the add in ). Whisk together until they are completely blended. Mix the wet bowl into the dry bowl and combine together. Add the “add in” and fold in. Spred the mixture evenly in a prepared 8” x 8” baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completly before cutting and serving. Makes 16 bars.
