Instructions
Step 1
Melt margarine. Add brown sugar and cook over low heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring. Take out spoon and set pan in cold water. When you can hold your hand on bottom of pan, the syrup is ready. Stir in powdered sugar. Cool and beat until thick enough to spread. Add more sugar if needed. Grandma always put this on her Orange Sour Cream Cake we loved. Can be used on any cake.
