Instructions

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in a saucepan.
Step 2
Whisk in a little coconut milk to the dry ingredients, then add the rest of the coconut milk and almond milk to the mixture. Whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat. When it starts to boil, lower heat so so it remains at a slow boil for five minutes. Stir frequently.
Step 4
After five minutes, remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the heavy cream and vanilla.
Step 5
Let cool in the saucepan until lukewarm. Stir the break up the skin, then pour into cups or container. Refrigerate overnight for best consistency.
