In large bowl place the the room temperature and whip lightly. Add egg, and whip till well combined and smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. Form a ball. The door will be a little sticky. Roll out between two pieces of parchment paper until its pretty thin. Sprinkle with seasoning. Score crackers, and press holes into each one with Fork. Transfer crackers to the baking sheet. I like to separate crackers so there’s air flowing all of the way around them. It makes them crispier. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool.
