Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. Peel and cube the butternut squash. Slice the chicken sausage into rounds.
Step 3
3. Place the squash, green beans and sausage on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray the tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip and add the cheese wedges to the pan. Roast for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
4. Dump the entire sheet pan into a large bowl and stir until the cheese is melted over all the veggies and sausage. Weigh the entire recipe and divide by the number of servings to get the amount needed to fill one serving. Enjoy warm.
