Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Step 2
Grease and lightly flour 10 inch tube pan.
Step 3
In large bowl, cream sugar and margarine; add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 4
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 5
Add flour mixture and door cream alternately to sugar mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Step 6
In small bowl, combine filling and topping ingredients; mix well.
Step 7
Spread half of batter in prepared pan; sprinkle with 1/2 of brown sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and brown sugar mixture.
Step 8
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 9
Cool upright in pan for 15 minutes. Invert onto large plate; then invert again onto serving plate, streusel side up.
