Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl mash bananas until a paste-like consistency. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
Step 3
Pour into muffin pan. Top with cinnamon if desired. Bake for approximately 18 minutes or until cooked through.
