Instructions
Step 1
Put 3 fnely sliced red onions in a bowl. Add 4 tbsp red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. Scrunch together with your hands until the onions have softened and the salt has dissolved.
Step 2
Set aside for at least 15 mins (or up to 24 hrs). Add 5g chopped fresh dill just before serving.
