2 tablespoonsparmesan cheese
½ teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions
Step 1
Boil paste for 1 minute less than called for al-dente, drain, and drizzle with olive oil
Step 2
Combine flour with butter over low heat for 1-2 minutes, folding consistently to avoid burning
Step 3
Slowly whisk in pre-mixed heavy cream and milk over very low heat
Step 4
Thicken sauce over medium heat, then add cheeses and spices
Step 5
Add cooked pasta to sauce, toss
