Step 1
Mix all your dry ingredients together, add extracts and then your softened butter until crumbly. A mixer or hands works best!- Press half of the oat mixture in the bottom of a greased 8x12 pan- Spread a thickkk layer of your jam and top with the rest of your oats- Bake at 350* for 35 minutes and enjoy!
Step 2
Served best straight from the pan to your mouth🙃 in yogurt or with ice cream on top would be amazing too!
