Instructions

Add all ingredients except pork to food processor.

Pulse a few times to mix ingredients, then add ground pork to mixture. Pulse a few more times until combined. Try not to overmix, it will become gummy if you do.

Add a teaspoon of mixture to wonton wrapper. Wet edges of wrapper with water, fold into a rectangle then bring corners together.

If adding to broth, boil in a separate pot of water until they float. 3-5 minutes.

If deep frying, fry for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Makes 50-60 wonton. Can also let dry out for an hour then freeze for later!
