Step 1
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan.
Step 2
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

3. Let cool.
Step 4
4.Cut peppers into 16 squares each. Cut chicken into about 1" cubes.
Step 5
5. Pour cooled mixture over chicken. Marinade at least 30 min or over night.
Step 6
Add chicken and peppers to skewers. Grill until cooked. Serve with rice.
