Step 1
Heat water and dissolve becel, sugar, salt. Measure 4 3/4 cup flour into a bowl and mix dry ingredients. Add warm liquid mixture then mix I’m beaten eggs. Stir until smooth. Add enough flour until dough is more stiff. Knead until smooth. Set sit for 10 minutes. Shape into 24 sliders or 15 hot dog buns. Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes (13 min for slider).
