Instructions

Step 1
Crust: Make crust as regular pie crust; chill; roll out, place in pan, chill. Fit circle of wax paper in crust (after poking crust with pork). Fill wax paper with beans to weigh down crust. Cook at 400 degrees for IO minutes. Remove wax paper and beans, cook crust IO minutes. Remove.

Step 2
Filling: Fry bacon, saute onion, shred Swiss cheese.

In medium bowl combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, paper and nutmeg, mix with wire whisk or put in blender.

Step 4
Sprinkle 1/2 bacon, cheese in bottom of pie shell. pour 1/2 egg mixture. Add remaining cheese and bacon, put pie on sheet in oven, pour remaining egg mixture.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (when Knife comes out clean).
Step 6
let sit, then cut and serve.
