Instructions
Step 1
Put spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook according to package instructions

Step 2
Grate the garlic then chop it with the anchovies and rub the side of the knife against it to make a paste Add olive oil to a pan and fry the garlic anchovies paste 30 seconds then add the red pepper flakes fry another 30 seconds and then add the halved cherry tomatoes and fry another minute




Step 3
Add the capers and sliced olives then the spaghetti should be ready so drop it in and add a little pasta water salt and pepper squeeze the tomatoes to make the juice . Now add canned tuna ( preferably one in olive oil and add the oil also ) finally add the rocket and squeeze lemon juice all over it and add a sprinkle of sea salt and enjoy
