Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350° (or air fryer at 375°) and spray a baking sheet with olive oil or avocado oil. On a cutting board place 3 low carb tortillas and drizzle about 1/2 tsp olive oil over each one.
Step 2
Brush the olive oil all around to cover the whole tortilla and then cut each tortilla into 8 equal wedges.
Step 3
Spread the wedges evenly over the baking sheet and then sprinkle with sea salt.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes. Pull them out and check for doneness. They should be nice and firm with some possible browning around the edges.
Step 5
Remove the chips that are fully baked and place the remaining back in the oven for an additional minute. They should be fully baked by now, depending on the thickness of your tortillas. Enjoy with your favourite dip, such as Guacamole, or just by themselves!
