Fried apricots
Step 1
Cut the apricots in half.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the apricots and fry for about 2min.

Flip the apricots and drizzle on the honey. Fry for another 2min.
Fried tomatoes
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave heat on medium high. Add the tomatoes and fry for 1,5min.

Season with salt and pepper and fry for another 0,5-1min.
Sandwich
Step 7
Chop the basil and hazelnuts and cut the Ciabatta in half.
Step 8
Tear the Burrata apart and place it on the bottom ciabatta half.
Step 9
Top it with the arugula, apricots, tomatoes and basil.
Step 10
Drizzle on the balsamic cream.
Step 11
Stack the other ciabatta half on top and enjoy!
