Step 1
Preaheat oven to 200C(fan)
Step 2
In a bowl combine cream cheese and tomato sauce, mix well.
Step 3
Spread the tomatoes mixture over the flatbread
Step 4
Top with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, sweetcorn and mozzarella(add salt and pepper if needed)
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven at 200C(fan) for 6-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
