finely chopped

100gedamame beans
thawed if frozen

6 Tbspkimchi

12pickled radish

2 piecespickled ginger

1 Tbspgochujang paste

1 Tbsplight soy sauce

½ Tbsprapeseed oil
groundnut, or walnut

1 tsprice wine vinegar

1 tspmaple syrup

0.5juice lemon

½ tspginger and garlic paste

½ Tbsptoasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add the prawns and coriander, mix to combine.
Step 2
Assemble the salad by adding all of the between 2 serving bowls.
Step 3
Add all of the dressing into a lidded jar or bowl. Shake or whisk to combine. Pour over the salad and enjoy. 😃
